Habrá muchas cosas, pero yo recuerdo un libro bastante interesante que 
leí hace algunos años: Rivals de Michael White

No sé si es lo que buscas, pero al menos, de los que mencionas, el caso 
Edison/Tesla se trata en profundidad. Te pego una crítica (en inglés)

Desconozco si hay edición española, lo dudo. Resulta bastante original 
porque reconstruye algunos grandes episodios de descubrimiento 
científico desde una perspectiva bastante "humana", apoyándose en las 
ambiciones de los descubridores y en el estímulo que les suponía cierta 
"rivalidad" con otros científicos de su área. Recuerdo que me resultó 
bastante entretenido
