explains how Jehovah's Witnesses take a potential convert through 
the various stages of becoming a full-fledged, baptised Witness.  
Specifically, the article describes:

- How people are encouraged to study with Jehovah's Witnesses 
- How people are encouraged to join, get baptised, and participate
- How people are discouraged from leaving the Witnesses 

The article was written by Timothy Campbell, an ex-Witness who has 
been running an exit-counseling service free of charge on the World 
Wide Web since 1995.  Mr. Campbell was raised as a Jehovah's 
Witness, but left the organization in 1976.
