He recibido hoy el 'Lancet' en cuestión. Si a alguno le interesa mucho el
artículo y no tiene otra manera de conseguirlo, se lo puedo enviar en forma
de imagen gráfica digitalizada, 200 ppp, 1 bit; comprimida con PkZip. Me lo
